Among them, the recruitment positions of leadership assistants and financial managers/assistants are noted in parentheses at the end, “Those who can play basketball are preferred,” “Those who like music are preferred,” and “Sports and art lovers are preferred.” Some posters are shown as business directors of China Life Chaoyang Branch, and some are shown as team supervisors.

On the afternoon of December 26, a reporter from the Chinese Business Daily Dafeng News initiated communication on the BOSS direct recruitment platform as a candidate with a number of business directors and team managers from China Life Chaoyang Branch who had released recruitment information. A team leader started chatting with the reporter and had a phone call.

The supervisor said that the assistant position is a personnel position and has a fixed salary; the financial manager position is a business position and has more development potential. In response to the requirements stated in the recruitment information such as “those who can play basketball are preferred” and “those who like music are preferred”, the manager explained that these are the hobbies of some direct groups or departments of the company. If they connect with customers and have more hobbies, customers will be more accepting. However, this is not the main requirement, and they are not engaged in literature and art. Even if you can’t play basketball, it won’t affect your application.

The supervisor said that they are affiliated with China Life Beijing Branch and mainly carry out business work for customers.
