The 2025 African Cup of Nations continues this Saturday, December 27 with the second day of the group stage for groups C and D.

The evening’s poster will pit Nigeria, winner against Tanzania this Tuesday (2-1), against Tunisia (9 p.m.) in Group C (match commented live on Le Parisien). The latter also won their first match of the competition, against Uganda (3-1).

The other group match will take place at 6:30 p.m., between the Tanzanians and the Ugandans.

In Group D, Senegal will face the Democratic Republic of Congo at 4 p.m. A match to also follow live with commentary on our website leparisien.fr. The Téranga Lions started the competition perfectly by beating Botswana (3-0), driven by a double from Munich’s Nicolas Jackson.

Group C:

Uganda-Tanzania, 6:30 p.m.

Nigeria-Tunisia, 9 p.m.

Group D:

Brine-Botswana, 130

Senegal-Democratic Republic of Congo, 4 p.m.

The Congolese also won but with less margin against Benin (1-0). Théo Bongonda, defender of Spartak Moscow, scored the only goal of the game.

Benin and Botswana will face each other at 1:30 p.m. for the first match this Saturday.
