Cadet National Staff: New Appointments 2024

The announcement had been planned before the end of the calendar year. It just fell a few minutes ago: a new staff for the French cadet team has officially been put in place. It has three structural coaches in its ranks with Céline Lebrun (head of the France pole at Châtenay-Malabry), Yann Benoit (head of the hopeful pole at Brétigny), and Thierry Fabre (men’s coach at the France Orléans pole). Alexandre Iddir, former international, two-time Olympic starter and double European medalist, completes the coaching team. Finally, Christophe Massina and Séverine Vandenhende will be in charge of supporting coaches in taking up their duties and carrying out their mission.
This new team will officially take office in January 2026. Remember that the French championships for this age category will take place on March 7 and 8 in Villebon and the European championships in Gran Canaria (Spain) from June 29 to July 2.
