Good news at RB Leipzig: Ridle Baku is taking the next steps towards a comeback after his syndesmosis injury in his left ankle. Around two and a half weeks after his injury, the 27-year-old is already training individually on the pitch again.
This confirms once again that this is not a long-term outage. Baku is probably not yet an option for the last competitive game before the winter break against Bayer 04 Leverkusen (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.). He should be fully resilient again by the turn of the year.
