Midfielder Florian Micheler will leave second division club Arminia Bielefeld during the winter break and return to his parent club TSG Hoffenheim. This means that the Austrian U21 international’s loan ends prematurely after just four short appearances and one scorer.

“Constant playing time is crucial for his further sporting development, which we are currently unable to provide him with to the extent he would like. Against this background, returning to Hoffenheim at this time is the right step. We thank Florian for his commitment and exemplary behavior and wish him all the best for his future sporting career,” explained Bielefeld’s managing director Michael Mutzel. Micheler still has a long-term contract in Kraichgau, the exact term of which has not been communicated.
