We would like to inform you that as part of the[EX Community Project]we held the Kanto GSB Federation O70 All-Star Game, a basketball tournament for people over 70 years old, at the official professional basketball game, the Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025-26 B2 League Game, Yokohama Excellence vs. Kobe Stokes, which was held at Yokohama Budokan on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

Until the Kanto GSB Federation O70 All-Star Game is held

Seniors who have loved basketball all their lives gathered together to deepen friendships and exchanges.
To contribute to own health management and the spread, promotion, and development of local and lifelong sports.
The Kanto GSB Federation was established for this purpose and is celebrating its 12th anniversary this year.

Since the players who have been participating since the first year are over 70 years old, we have decided to hold the “O70 (*Over70: 70 years old or older) All-Star Game” for the first time this time.

On the other hand, Yokohama Excellence is a professional basketball club that focuses on contributing to the local community by holding hometown activities such as basketball classes in Yokohama city more than 200 times a year, on average once every two days.
Against this background, we decided to hold the memorable first match at Yokohama Budokan as an exhibition game before the Yokohama Excellence match, as a place where everyone in the community can enjoy sports in a healthy manner.

Kanto GSB Federation O70 All-Star Game

Prior to the game, Hideaki Masui, chairman of the Kanto GSB Federation, commented, “Currently, a national tournament for players over the age of 70 is being held, and I have been practicing and playing basketball every day.I am overwhelmed with emotion to be able to play an exhibition match for all-stars over the age of 70 at the B League venue.I would like to express my gratitude to everyone involved in Yokohama Excellence.”

In the end, 2,417 people turned out, the most for the club this season, and tickets were sold out, making Game 2 of the “GREEN DERBY” against Kobe Stokes, the number one in the West Division, a highly anticipated match.
The “Kanto GSB Federation O70 All-Star Game” held as an exhibition match was also a hot one!

For the All-Star game, players from each club were divided into “WHITE” and “BLACK” teams, and once the game started, players from both clubs put on a show with coordinated passing and accurate shots, leading to a buzzer-beater and a heated game!

In the end, the game ended with a one-point difference, “WHITE 31-32 BLACK.”
The players from both clubs played hard on the court until the end, making full use of substitutes, and the audience gave them a warm round of applause.

Thank you to everyone at the Kanto GSB Federation for this valuable opportunity!
