DAZN withdraws from TV contract for Belgian football with immediate effect: “Working at a loss is untenable”, Pro League speaks of an attack
Rights holder DAZN has informed the Pro League that the television contract will be terminated with immediate effect. It is not certain that Belgian football will still be broadcast next weekend. “No company can be forced to operate at a loss. That is simply not feasible,” he said. The Pro League reacts angrily. “DAZN shows absolute disrespect for our football, the clubs and the fans.”
