Closing the ninth day was Monday Night between Dallas and Arizona
Buffalo beats Kansas City, the Bills are truly Super Bowl worthy. Indianapolis and Green Bay, on the other hand, fall disastrously, they don’t seem ready to go all the way, looking ahead. The ninth NFL Sunday, of 12 games, offers significant indications. The Monday Night that will close the day is an uncertain Dallas-Arizona.
BUFFALO-KANSAS CITY 28-21

Test of maturity from the Bills (6-2). They win without extemporaneous tricks, demonstrating solidity and concreteness. Josh Allen scores 3 touchdowns, one by throwing, two with sneaks, but he doesn’t force deep plays, he targets the tight ends, Dalton Kincaid – who scores a try – above all. James Cook surpasses 100 rushing yards, the defense is dragged by Joey Bosa and he intercepts Pat Mahomes with Maxwell Hairston. The Chiefs slip to 5-4 record, today they would not qualify for the playoffs. They do exhibit special effects, such as Mahomes’s blocking of a 4th down & 17 and they almost go into overtime in the final seconds when the pass to Thornton from midfield ends up incomplete in the end zone, but they don’t have a reliable running game and the offensive line is mediocre. Trouble in Paradise…
PITTSBURGH-INDIANAPOLIS 27-20

The Steelers defense (5-3) had a lot to make up for. He gets back on par by dominating the Colts (7-2), forcing 6 turnovers, three interceptions and three fumbles, five by Daniel Jones, reduced to size. TJ Watt rages. And Aaron Rodgers carries those 41 years well in attack. Integrity, lucid, precise, he doesn’t force times and games, he doesn’t think about numbers, but about victory. Mission accomplished.
GREEN BAY-CAROLINA 13-16
—
Disastrous fall for the Packers (5-2-1). At Lambeau Field they were put down by the modest Panthers (5-4) crushed by Carolina’s combination of runs (163 yards in total, 130 and 2 tries for Rico Dowdle) and defense. The attack is a disaster: Jordan Love does all sorts of things and loses revelation tight end Tucker Kraft to a right knee injury. Bryce Young, the visiting quarterback, is inadequate yet enough for his team: a last-second kick by Ryan Fitzgerald from 49 yards gives the feat to Coach Canales’ team.

Crazy game in Cincinnati: the Bengals (3-6) manage to throw this one away too, despite the 470 yards thrown by Flacco, with 4 touchdowns and the onside kick covered at the end.
