The Argentine national team won 2-0 when they visited Angola’s headquarters in a friendly match. Lionel Messi contributed goals and assists.
The friendly match brings together Angola vs Argentina. The duel was held at Estadio 11 de Novembro, Talatona, Friday (14/11/2025) evening WIB.
Angola invited Argentina to appear in their country to celebrate its 50th independence. This match will be the only match that the Tango Team will play in the November 2025 international break.

Argentina appeared to attack from the start of the match. The 2022 World Cup champion still had difficulty breaking into Angola’s goal, who appeared disciplined for more than half an hour of the match.
The visiting team finally broke the deadlock before halftime, in the 43rd minute to be precise. Lautaro Martinez who listed his name on the scoreboard.
Lautaro kicked in a horizontal through ball from Lionel Messi. Argentina took a 1-0 lead and that was the final result of the first half.
Angola tried to catch up in the second half. Instead of scoring a goal, the home team conceded in the 82nd minute.
Messi received a through ball from Lautaro as Argentina made a quick transition. Calmly, the Inter Miami striker fired a low shot into the right corner of the goal.
Angola failed to score a goal back until the final whistle sounded. The score 2-0 for the Argentine National Team was the final result of the match.
