Israel Premier Tech: Team Continues After Sponsor Exit

Sunday, November 9, 2025 at 6:22 PM

It was surprising news last week: Premier-Tech will also withdraw from the Israel Premier-Tech cycling team in 2026, which is currently without a name and sponsor. However, the team has no doubts about its survival, Daniel Benson reports.

Benson has received an internal email in which manager Kjell Carlström speaks. Carlström indicates, among other things, that he is surprised about Premier Tech’s withdrawal. “This announcement was not made in consultation with the team. That is why we could not inform you in advance.”

“We are currently having many discussions with potential partners and sponsors, so we expect to be able to provide you with an update soon. Although the news about Premier-Tech’s withdrawal is disappointing, we will continue to work hard. There will be no changes to our preparation for 2026.”

“We are more motivated than ever to get back to racing and I look forward to seeing you at the first training camp in two weeks,” concludes Carlström.
