Edoardo Tuci: Italy’s Youth Archery World Championships Competitor

The young archer from Prato will also be there Edoardo Tuci in the blue expedition that will participate in the World Archery Youth Championshipsbasically the world youth championship, from 16 to 25 August in Winnipeg (Canada). Tuci, registered with the Compagnia Arcieri Ugo di Toscana, will represent Italy for the under 21 recurve bow with his national team teammates Davide De Giovanni (Livornesi Archers) ed Emiliano Rampon (Sagittarius Archers).

For the promising Prato archer, the call-up to the national team caps a summer so far characterized by exceptional results. Edoardo Tuci in fact won the individual gold of the European Youth Cup and the team bronze in the Čatez stage in Slovenia. And it was also thanks to its results that the Italian team earned first place in the overall ranking of the competition with 184 points, significantly ahead of Germany in second place with 103 points.

Previously, in May, Tuci had also participated with the Italian youth national team in the Sofia stage of the European Youth Cup. In his first participation in an international event with the blue jersey, Edoardo managed to reach the quarter-finals in the individual and win a silver in the Mixed Team with Flavia Trabucco and a U21 team bronze with teammates Davide De Giovanni and Emiliano Rampon. Now the prestigious challenge in Canada which could definitively establish the archer from Prato.
