Union city, New Jersey is set to become the epicenter of youth basketball as the hispanic Basketball Association (HBA) proudly presents the second edition of the Hugo Cabrera U16 Basketball Classic. Additional Dominican representation includes clubs like La Fe, josé Pérez Academy, los Toritos Kids, Brisas del Isabela, Puerto Plata, Bameso NY, Reales del Caliche, and San Lázaro.
Complementing the Dominican contingent are four formidable combined teams from the United States: Union City High School, Washington Heights JV, Sports Union of Providence, and New York City Elite.
