Announcement of “Walking Football” held in September and October

Thank you for always using FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.
We will be holding a “Walking Football” at our facility in September and October.
Anyone who is an adult, regardless of whether they have experience in soccer or not, can easily experience it. Anyone who is kicking a ball for the first time or has never used Park Fuchu before is welcome.
It will ensure a lot of exercise without any effort, so please try it out as a substitute for walking.
We look forward to seeing you all.
□What is walking football?
Walking football is “soccer” that is played on foot.
It is said that the origins are soccer held in England in July 2011 for the health of the elderly over 55 years old.
The Japan Football Association has introduced a unique Japanese rule that “non-contact (does not go to get the ball)” so that even if you have no experience in soccer, are not good at sports, or have a disability, you can play without being scared.

[How to cancel]
・If you make a reservation online, you can cancel using the URL “Click here to inquire about reservation details” in the reservation completion email.
*Cancellations can be made up to two hours before the event begins. After that, we will only be able to respond to phone calls.
・If a visitor makes a reservation via the front desk or by telephone, cancellations can only be made by telephone.
*Please note that cancellations are not possible outside of business hours.

Free up to 2 hours before the event starts. After that, a cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee will be charged.

＜Precautions＞
Please be sure to cooperate with the cancellation procedure if it is no longer possible.
1) If you have made a reservation for an event while waiting to cancel, please make sure you move up and check that your reservation has not been completed two hours before the event you have booked. (Please understand that cancellation fees may be charged even if you have not noticed the reservation completion email, etc.)
2) If you complete a reservation after two hours before the event starts, the cancellation fee will be “free.”
*Please note that if you move up from 2 hours to 1 hour before the event starts, the facility will call you to confirm your participation.
[Waiting for cancellations]
・If you make a reservation on a waiting list, you will receive an email saying “Reservation for waiting list is complete.” (If you do not receive an email, please call the facility.)
– Once the order of your cancellation waiting list is in progress, you will be automatically redirected to the reservation and you will receive an email with a “reservation completed” email at the address you entered.
*We will contact you by email, so please make sure you do not make a mistake in the address.

[Facility usage]
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. For smoking, please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
– Bringing alcohol and drinking alcohol is prohibited.
– Spikes are prohibited. These shoes are spiked and heeled and cannot be worn on a coat.
・Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that occur at our facility or for loss of valuables, etc.
・If our staff determines that this is an act that is a nuisance to other customers, we may contact you.
[Regarding the cancellation of the event]
If the event is cancelled, we will notify you on our website at least one hour before the start time.*Please check for yourself.
– If the minimum number of people performing the event has not been reached.
– If the facility determines that it is difficult to hold the event in bad weather.*They will generally be held in the event of rain.
