Vuelta Disrupted: Pro-Palestine Protest Video

The Propalestinian demonstrators do not let go of Vuelta 2025. After the 5th stage, a team time trial where the Israel-Premier Tech training had been delayed, they were again invited on the 10th stage, this Tuesday between Sendaviva and Larra-Belagua.

76 km from the finish, on a turn, Propalestinian demonstrators tried to cross the road while the peloton arrived. On the images, we see the runners just avoiding the demonstrators who brandish and wave dozens of Palestine flags.

The security service has managed to block the demonstrators, still causing waves within the peloton. And it would be because of one of them that the Italian runner Simone Petilli (Intermarché-Wanty) would have fallen without gravity.

With a single runner on the ground, a massive fall that could have caused damage could have been avoided. The organizers did not need to interrupt the race after this invasion of the road.
