Uisp Day Carpi: 2nd Edition Event Details

Everything is ready for the second edition of “Uisp Day”, the day designed by Uisp Modena to promote sport and sociality through its #sportpertutti slogan that will take place in Carpi in Piazza Martiri on Sunday 14 September.

The second edition of “Uisp Day” arrives in Carpi

CARPI – After the success of the first edition, last year at the Novi Sad Park in Modena, the great Uisp event moves to Carpi for a Sunday of celebration, solidarity, all -round reflection, hosted and supported by the Municipality.

Dozens of activities

Throughout the day, from 10 to 19, the heart of the city will be colored with dozens of activities with the two vertices of the square which will be the ‘hot spot’ of the event: on the one hand the Fidal race of jump with the auction, with international level athletes to compete with the scenographic background of the Duomo just behind the platform; on the other, in front of the municipal theater, the stage for dance activities and for moments of study and institutional greetings. In the middle, dozens of sports activities organized by Uisp Modena and the CIP, the Italian Paralympic Committee, partner of the initiative with its workstations.

Among the activities: Cycling (“Na Pedaleda in La Francesa” in the municipal area with departure at 9:30 in the square) and spinning (with fundraising for the projects in Brazil of Uisp Modena solidarity), Badminton, Volley, tennis, artistic gymnastics performances, oriental disciplines, aerial dance and dance, then still golf, basketball, a football, a climbing The thrill of the climb, Ping Pong; The activities promoted by the CIP such as Subbuteo, Bocce, arrows, archery, with the play of Play Park for the little ones by World Child for the whole day, the city courses of the walks of the wellness project and, at 11.30, a moment of talk on the “fatigue” theme with the Paralympic athletes of the Cip Emilia-Romagna Committee, which will precede the institutional greetings.

The second edition of Uisp Day was presented on Monday 8 September 2025, with a press conference attended by the deputy mayor and councilor for sport of the Municipality of Carpi Mariella Lugli, Vera Tavoni, president of Uisp Modena, Melania Di Nardo, head of the event, Paola Salati Uisp Carpi, Dimes Corradi, president of the municipal council and wellness, Mirko Dal Piece, director of Sinergas.
