In its latest edition of the ‘Weekly Post’, the ‘Cies Football Observatory’ chose the 200 best footballers who have not yet exceeded the age of 20. The ranking is based on two values. On the one hand, an index was calculated from the performance data, and on the other hand, the game minutes were summarized in connection with the level of the league to an experience index.
