Stones Axed: England Team Update

John Stones withdrew from England’s national team as a precautionary measure.

City of City, in his tenth season with the club, has played in all our three Premier League games so far.

He was summoned to the next World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia.

England coach Thomas Tuchel revealed the news at his press conference on Friday morning.

“Unfortunately, John Stones has just left,” said Tuchel.

“He came to training with small muscle problems and did not evolve as we waited, so he left training this morning because we will not risk Andorra and, unfortunately, against Serbia.”

Everyone in City want a quick recovery to John.
