Monte San Savino, Italy – in a powerful display of unity adn a resounding call against violence, the town of Monte San Savino is set to host the third annual Harmony Award #stopviolence event on Friday, September 26. This initiative transforms sport into a vibrant “inclusion gym,” championing respect and actively fighting all forms of violence.
The day kicks off from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.with “Play Together #artemiamoci against violence,” a sprawling sports village that will turn the historic town center into a dynamic hub of athletic disciplines, engaging meet-and-greets, and captivating demonstrations. This isn’t just a local affair; 19 sports clubs from the region, boasting over 350 athletes, have pledged their support. They’ll showcase a diverse range of sports, from the crowd-pleasing action of volleyball, soccer, and basketball to the precision of artistic gymnastics, taekwondo, and various martial arts. Dance,fitness,and even the strategic intensity of chess will round out the impressive lineup.

aiming to reinforce the message that sport, in all its manifestations, serves as a universal language for participation and collective growth. The roster of participating organizations reads like a who’s who of the local sports scene, featuring established clubs like the Savinese Polisportiva, Sansovino Calcio, and Basket School Arezzo. They’ll be joined by specialized groups such as the GS Fire Brigade “I. Gasbarri” for gymnastics, renowned dance schools like The Ballet, DANZART, and Happy Fun, the energetic Dodgeball San Martino, the Colle del Pionta Social Center for Chess, and Arezzo Karate 1979.The event also includes Tai Chi Chuan, the Castiglionese Tennis Club, Taekwondo Arezzo, the Hercacle gym, All Stars Arezzo, the Italian Sports Center (CSI) offering badminton and football/tennis, and the Tuscan Academy Tuscany, alongside Polisportiva.
