Interviewed by Andrea Sini on La Nuova, Marco Spissu speaks to the cold mind of what happened at Eurobasket 2025.

Regarding the monstrous performance of Doncic (42 points against the Azzurri, of which 30 in the first half alone): «Yes, it is an monster, a phenomenon, an incredible player. But in the first two quarters we looked at him play, we admired him instead of playing against him. At the end of the second quarter we understood it and in fact we adjusted many things. But at that point his companions also scored difficult shots and we ourselves combined some mess. I think of that counterattack three against one ended with a breakthrough.
