The works advance at the Red Hospital.
He Red Municipal Hospital continues to receive improvements in different sectors. Currently, arrangements and paint are carried out in the halls and the waiting room of the maternity area, where months ago the waterproofing of the roof had already been completed.
In addition, in recent weeks renovation and maintenance work on the roofs of the ray and offices area were carried out, on the part of the building that gives María Unzué de Alvear street. All these interventions are financed entirely with municipal funds.
IMPULSE TO THE “HEALTHY BAKERY” PROGRAM
In parallel, from the Bromatology Directorate it continues to move forward with the placement of new certification wafers of the “Healthy Bakeries” program. This initiative seeks to promote good practices in food manipulation and encourage the elaboration of healthier products for the community.
In recent days, a visit to the traditional Don Tito bakery was made, which received the identifying wafer after complying with all the requirements of the program.
The proposal is sustained over time and complements the experience of the project “Healthy butchers”, which has been instrumentation with positive results. In addition, the Bromatology area has been developing awareness actions in each establishment to continue advancing in these goals.

The sport was also the protagonist in the city, which on Wednesday, September 17, hosted a regional instance of the 2025 Buenos Aires Games. The day brought together hundreds of girls and boys who participated in Chess, Badminton and Tennis Soccer.
The delegations were received by the municipal director of Sports, Martín Caliguiri, and his work team. The chess was played at the retiree and pensioners center, the Badminton at the Jorge Newbery club and the tennis football in the Alvear General Park.
Classified to the final in Mar del Plata
The Red representatives added several classifications for the final stage that will take place in Mar del Plata from October 12 to 17. Among the outstanding results are:
Chess: Women’s Sub-16, J. Vivas; Sub-16 male, Iago Quartleri.
Bádminton: Sub-16 double female, Paula d’Angelo and Antonella García; Sub-16 female individual, Alma Barroso; Sub-14 individual female, Renata Christin; Sub-14 Individual Male, Thiago Ferrario; SUB-16 Male Individual, Román Griguelo.
Tennis Soccer: Thiago Conde.
These classifications are added to those already previously obtained, forming a delegation that will represent Rojas in the traditional Buenos Aires sports event.
