Occitan Badminton & Employment Opportunities

On Friday, September 19, the Gironis gymnasium in Toulouse will host an unprecedented day: from the stadium to employment, organized by the Occitanie de Badminton league and France Occitanie work, with the support of the French Badminton Federation.

The principle? An inverted job dating that breaks the codes of recruitment. In the morning, recruiters and job seekers, all in sports clothes, will participate in fun workshops around badminton … without knowing who is who. Here, no CV or statutes, but game, collaboration and conviviality. After a meal break, anonymity will be lifted and professional interviews will be organized, in a relaxed climate and without prejudice.

An original and effective format: already deployed elsewhere in France, it displays 60 % positive feedback in terms of recruitment. The ideal opportunity for candidates to stand out and, for employers, to discover profiles otherwise.

To participate, register in the prior information meeting which will take place on Tuesday September 9, from 9:30 am to 12 noon, at the France Work Agency in Toulouse Jolimont. Registration ici
