Born in Chicago to an American father and Italian mother, Baccaglini had lived the first years in the USA before moving to Padua: in Italy, as a basketball player, he had arrived almost in Serie B, then he changed his life to the world of entertainment, first as a speaker for RTL 102.5, then as a correspondent of Le Iene. Finally, he said goodbye to the TV and entered the world of finance, with the creation of two investment funds.
