Monday, September 8, marked a highly anticipated school year for members of the Judo-Taïso RC52, who ended up with enthusiasm at the Dojo for the first training of the season. An important moment, both friendly and administrative, since this inaugural session was also an opportunity to record the first licenses of the year.
From 5 p.m., the tatamis lived with the arrival of many young people who came to discover or rediscover judo. Under the direction of Professor Thierry Masson, the test session attracted no less than 21 children curious to learn this martial art, in a dynamic and benevolent atmosphere.
With already 46 renewed licenses, the club can congratulate itself on a faithful nucleus of Judokas, proof of the attachment of members to the values and minds of the club. But the real surprise of this school year comes mainly from the enthusiasm aroused among the youngest, in unprecedented number this year. “It is a real satisfaction to see so many young people interested in judo. This shows that our promotional actions bear fruit and that the judo-taïso RC52 continues to develop, ”says Anaïs Masson, secretary and interim president of the club.
The management team, like the teacher, sees in this momentum an encouraging sign for the rest of the season. Especially since the workforce could still grow in the coming weeks of September. Under the direction of Thierry Masson, weekly training sessions are organized by age groups every Monday: Judo awake (born between 2020 and 2022) from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., mini-chicks (born between 2016 and 2019) from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., youngest and more (born in 2014 and before) from 6.45 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. (Discipline of physical preparation accessible to all) from 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
With such a dynamic, judo-taïso RC52 addresses this new season under the best auspices, ready to introduce the values of judo to always more enthusiasts.
