Huangshi Fukewa Wins 2025 Hubei 3×3 Basketball Championship

On the 16th, the reporter heard good news from Huangshi Sports School: In the just-concluded three-person basketball event of the 2025 Hubei Provincial Social Club Sports Games, the Huangshi Basketball Boy performed well, winning a championship and a runner-up.

The 2025 Hubei Provincial Social Club Sports Games three-person basketball competition is hosted by the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau and the Jingzhou Municipal People’s Government and was held at the Honghu National Fitness Center from September 13 to 14. All participating in the competition are basketball teams from social clubs in the province. Three groups are set up according to the age group of 10 to 14. Among them, there are 14 teams in the U12 men’s group and 11 teams in the U14 men’s group have signed up for the competition.

According to Chen Jingjun, head of the basketball volleyball program of Huangshi Sports School, Huangshi Forke Basketball Club represented Huangshi to form two teams, U12 men’s group and U14 men’s group, to participate in the competition. Under the command and dispatch of the chief professor Huang Zhiqiang, “Fukewa” was closely united and fought tenaciously on the court, and played a high level of technical and tactical skills. He passed the hurdles and played a singular song. In the end, he won the U12 men’s championship and the U14 men’s runner-up.

It is worth mentioning that since 2023, Huangshi Forke Basketball Club has formed teams to participate in the U12 men’s group and U14 men’s group competitions in the provincial youth three-person basketball event, and has won 4 championships and 1 runner-up.

Huangshi Forke Basketball Club was established in 2017 with the purpose of training and cultivating young basketball talents in the city. In 2023, Huangshi Fuke Basketball Club was named the basketball training base of Huangshi Sports School, and won the honorary titles of Huangshi New National Fitness Demonstration Project, Huangshi Sports Consumption Promotion Advanced Unit, Hubei Province Outstanding Contribution Unit, etc. (Reporter Tian Li)
