Extreme Master Fest 2025: Young Stars in Bucaramanga

Bucaramanga celebrated a historic day during the Bonita Fair of Colombia 2025 with the Extreme Master Fest, an event that turned the San Martín Extreme Park into the National Epicenter of Urban Culture, Extreme Sports and Youth Creativity. Organized by the Institute of Youth, Sports and Recreation of Bucaramanga (Inderbu), the festival brought together more than 1,500 attendees at an integration party where young people were absolute protagonists.

From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, children, adolescents and young people actively participated in Calistenia competitions, BMX Freestyle, BMX Racing, Skateboarding, Ultimate and Break Dance. In addition, the exciting battle of “Gallos Redbull” was lived, which led the winner to the national final, consolidating the freestyle as an artistic expression with Bumangués seal.

The day also included activities of muralism and beautification of the park, where young people captured their vision of the world through color and memory. Each ramp, each wall and each improvised verse became testimony of a generation that transforms public space into identity and resistance scenario.

“We want the epicenter of these battles to be Bucaramanga, because here youth has shown that words can become art, creativity and opportunities,” said Mayor Jaime Andrés Beltrán, announcing that Freestyle will now be from now on an institutional event of the Bonita Fair.

Young voices echoed strongly. Valentina Piñerez, a child winner of skateboarding, shared her emotion: “I like to ride skate because it’s great. I learn to do Ollie and Espicha Espicha on the ramp.

We practice because we want to compete. ”On the other hand, Gelver Steven Barrera, first place in male skateboarding, thanked the space:“ This integrates us and gives us another path. Thanks to the mayor for not forgetting us. ”

The Extreme Master Fest 2025 was not only a sports show, but a commitment to the integral development of the new generations. “More than 1,500 young people participated from early hours in competencies, artistic samples and Freestyle battles. Bucaramanga vibrates with their youth,” said Sandra Milena Rodríguez Díaz, director of INDERBU.

This event adds to the achievements of the municipal administration in sports and recreation, consolidating Bucaramanga as a city that understands sport as a tool for prevention, inclusion and social transformation.

With talent, art and passion, the young Bumangues made it clear that the future is built from the street, the ramp and the verse. Bucaramanga progresses, and does it by the hand of his youth.
