Dolberg Transfer: Ajax Reunion Confirmed

Ajax has Kasper Dolberg. The Danish striker comes over from Anderlecht and signs a contract in Amsterdam until mid -2029.

Technical director Alex Kroes is happy with the return of the 27-year-old striker, who played before the main force of the Amsterdam club from 2016 to 2019. “Kasper is back on familiar land. He knows Ajax, the club knows him and his qualities. As far as we are concerned, he fits perfectly in our current selection as an attacker and makes us better and more versatile in the different competitions in which we are active. We are happy that he once again chooses Ajax and looking forward to his contribution in the coming seasons.”

Dolberg played 119 duels for Ajax, in which he scored 45 times and was a declarant 16 times. After his departure from Amsterdam in 2019, Dolberg continued his career at OGC Nice in France. In the following years he was rented to the Spanish Sevilla FC and the German TSG Hoffenheim. In July 2023 he made the switch to RSC Anderlecht. Ajax pays an amount of around ten million euros to the Belgian top club.
