Atletico’s cast trained on Saturday (6) at the MRV Arena in Belo Horizonte. The activity occurred after
Jorge Sampaoli presentation press conferencenew coach of the Rooster, and was attended by Rafael Menin, investor of Alvinegro’s SAF.
The businessman closely followed the practice at the Atleticano stadium. At one point, Rafael Menin interacted with the Argentine coach.
This Saturday’s training was the first performed by Sampaoli at the MRV Arena, which has a synthetic lawn.

After using the MRV Arena this Saturday (6), the Rooster will follow the training routine in two periods, implemented by Jorge Sampaoli. This Sunday (7), the activities are scheduled for 10am and 15h (GMT schedules).
Sampaoli back to Atlético
Sampaoli signed a contract with Rooster until the end of 2027. This will be the second pass of the coach by the club alvinegro.
Between 2020 and 2021, he led Atletico in 45 matches, with 26 wins, nine draws and 10 losses – 64%. In the period, the club won the title of the 2020 Mineiro Championship.
