A start -up -down school year
The resumption of activities is set at Wednesday September 10. The courses are organized according to age and experience: from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. for young beginners from 8 to 10 years old, from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. for second years and more, and from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for U18 and adult competitors. Training for competitors (young people, high school students and adults) continue on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., as well as Sunday morning from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
As part of the Sports Festival, a special session will be held on Sunday September 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Each child from 13 years old, as well as any adult, including people with disabilities, will be sponsored by a club licensee.
Archery is a discipline that promotes concentration, mastery of breath, stress management, as well as social and intergenerational ties. It is also recommended in rehabilitation paths or for the resumption of physical activity.
