Carlos Alcaraz: New look after US Open victory
In New York, Alcaraz-Barber Victor was not yet part of the game because the newly baked US Open Champion thought it was over the top to let the hairdresser fly into the USA.
Because he found his hair for quite long and absolutely wanted a new haircut before the tournament started, he spontaneously missed a hairstyle by his brother. «Suddenly my brother was wasted with the machine. He simply cut off his hair. Then the only way was to just roas them, »said the 22-year-old.
The short-haired cut seemed to have at least didn’t seem to have harmed Alcaraz. The Iberian high -flyer in the Big Apple dominated his competition in an outstanding manner. In the end, he celebrated his sixth Grand Slam title with a final triumph over four sets against permanent rival Jannik Sinner (ATP 2). With this, Alcaraz won the top position in the ATP world rankings from Sinner last Monday and is now 760 points ahead of the South Tyrolean.
