According to Shams Charania (ESPN), Giannis antetokounmpo will begin the 2025-26 NBA season with the Milwaukee Bucksdespite considering a trade request earlier this summer.
The two-time MVP questioned the roster’s ability to contend, but the addition of Myles Turner and the waiving-and-stretch of Damian Lillard helped secure his decision.
This will mark Antetokounmpo’s 13th NBA season, all with Milwaukee, where he remains the face of the franchise and a former NBA champion.
