Best Sports for Beginners: Health & Fitness Guide

Hello everyone!

As has already been the case, I have not played a sport for 5 years and would now like to start again.

So since the beginning of Corona there has only been distance lessons and this was also the case. We were given exercises that should have been carried out at home, but of course I lacked the necessary self -motivation to implement them.

Later I had problems with my leg, which is why I was freed from physical education for a long time. The doctors did not find out why I could no longer run properly on one leg on one leg and could not help me until now.

So I left sports first.

Occasionally I took a bike and I also tried inline skating, but I didn’t do much more either. The only “sport” was the daily climbing staircase.

But maybe that was exactly the mistake! Maybe I have rested long enough and have to start doing sports again.

Not much, but at least I can touch the tips of the toes with my fingers again. It was so easy in the past, but suddenly it’s terribly difficult. I feel like a pensioner 🙁

What would be exercises to return to sport?

How can I train my back or become more agile?

What should I consider (tips)?
