Last weekend it was finally time again! The club championships and the Taunus Open of SG Bremthal/Fischbach rose in the Staufenhalle in Kelkheim. However, we want to report in detail about this next week, since the talents of the SG Bremthal / Fischbach reopened in the parallel and strongly occupied D-ranking tournament in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg.
U11
Here in particular, the youngest triumphed in the U11 age group with exceptional results and successes.
Throughout the girls Marie imprisoned and Sophie Tan in the individual competition and played in the placement game around 5th and 6th place directly against each other, which Sophie could decide for himself. U13
In the next higher age group U13 were Alessia Vaturro and Laura Zimmermann Registered in singles, Alessia reached 5th place and Laura 8th place. Overall, this tournament weekend, which was characterized by very summer temperatures, was again a complete success, especially from the perspective of the many young talents who once again demonstrated their skills in Ginsheim. Youth coach Maurizio Battaglia, who was on site even in the hall for coaching and mental support, was full of praise for his protégés: “All players showed great performances in the event of unspeakable conditions, collected a lot of game practice and valuable ranking points.”
