The volleyball league continues with a second stage in Bulgaria and a first match against Ukraine. The French lived a complicated first step and are only in 9th place in the ranking. They won two games and lost as much: against Argentina and Germany. They are therefore, for the moment, apart from the qualifying top 8 for the quarter -finals.
Blues can count on reinforcements. Four Olympic champions have joined the two already present. These are Antoine Brizard, Barthélémy Chinenyeze, Yacine Louati and Jean Patry. “They are obviously a little lacking in rhythm but they are very present and motivated, that is a pleasure,” said Pierre Pujol, manager of the Blues.
