In June 2025, 50 million euros of the market value are still necessary to get a place among the 100 most valuable footballers in the world. At least this value comes to 36 clubs worldwide after the latest updates – three less than in March. At 51, most of them are active in the Premier League (-7). The others are distributed on Laliga (24 players/+1), Bundesliga (14/-2), Series A (14/+3), Ligue 1 (10/+1), Liga Portugal (3/+1), Süper Lig (1) and the Brazilian Série A (1).
The most valuable squads have Real Madrid and Manchester City after the end of the season with 1.33 billion and 1.32 billion euros (for statistics). However, both of them still do not provide most players in the top 100 at nine. Champions League winner Paris Saint-Germain with ten professionals is most often represented. Shooting star Désiré Doué, winter newcomer and the recessed Ousmane Dembélé with 90 million euros are valuable in the squad of the French champions. Thanks to an upgrading of 135 million euros in the latest Ligue-1 update, PSG cracked the brand of one billion euros and is the most five-value club worldwide with EUR 1.06 billion.

After the March update, their protégés Vinicius Junior or Erling were still at the top of the ranking with 200 million euros, both recently lost to 170 million and 180 million euros. Haaland is still the most valuable in Himmelblau, while Vinicius Junior had to let both Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappé (both 180 million) go ahead at the Blancos.
Atléticos Julián Alvarez and FC Bayerns Michael Olise (both 100 million) are new in the elite ranks, Reals Rodrygo falls down to 90 million euros after a 10 million minus. Of the 14 Bundesliga professionals among the 100 most valuable footballers, six for FC Bayern (-1), three continue to play at Werkelf, also three at RB Leipzig (-1) and one more at BVB and Eintracht Frankfurt. Behind the already mentioned trio, Frankfurt’s most valuable, with 75 million euros, is the most valuable, which makes it the courted attacker into the top 35. The rest of the Bundesliga professionals Aleksandar Pavlovic (55 million), Jamie Gitten, Piero Hincapié, Jeremie Frimpong, Alphonso Davies, Loïs Openda and Dayot Upamecano (every 50 million) are further.
This is how the transfer market market values work
The transfer market market values are taken into account, taking into account various pricing models and a strong inclusion of the transfer market community, which deals with the values in detailed discussions. The transfer market values are not to be equated with the transfer sums actually paid.
The goal is not to predict a price, but an expectation value. When collecting the market value, both individual transfer modalities and situational framework conditions are relevant to a certain extent. Examples will be here listed. Transfer market does not use algorithm (For detailed market value definition).
