The twelfth president of Coni is Luciano Buonfiglio: he beats Luca Pancalli in the first round with 47 votes at 34. Seventy -four years old, Buonfiglio has been driving the Canoe and Kayak Federation since 2005, subsequently joined the Coni as a member of the National Council and held the position of vice -president of the Olympic Committee from 2013 to 2018 under the presidency of Giovanni Malagò who was then at his first term. If elected they propose to unify our world which is absolute priority. For this I leave the freedom to vote for them if they believe they can lead to our compactness. I consider the work of Giovanni Malagò extraordinary and for this I believe the secretary general Carlo Mornati and the team he worked by his side should be confirmed ».
