I can understand the statement, but it is no different with us in Germany. Think of Vukotic and Prtajin a year ago (both Wiesbaden, now Darmstadt and Kaiserslautern) or Telalovic (Ulm) this year. When you read through the second division, these players were so “compulsory transfers” in some absolute “compulsory transfers”.
