The DFB coach Antonio di Salvo team has qualified for the final of the U21 European Championship. With a 3-0 (2-0) against France, the selection of the
German Football Association compete against the defending champion England on Saturday.

Overall, the DFB selection has been undefeated for 20 games and almost two years. Such a series had not existed even in the 2009, 2017 and 2021 EM titles.
The Weiper, who had moved into the starting eleven, scored the first goal early after pressing a slatted shot from Paul Nebel over the line. Di Salvo had said his “gut feeling” for him to Weiper. After the dream start, the Germans demonstrated many defensive qualities against the French series of attacks around the former Bavaria star Mathys Tel.
A setback for the German team followed when Max Rosenfelder (SC Freiburg) had to get off the field because of a thigh injury. That didn’t change the forward urge. Because Woltemade promoted the ball into the net from a short distance in the second attempt.
Noah atubolu new German record goalkeeper
After the break, only 14 seconds were played when the Freiburg goalkeeper Noah Atubolu – who is currently the German record goalkeeper in his age group – saved the team from a goal. Rocco Reitz threw himself into every duel against the now separating French, Weiper missed the decision several times in the relief attacks.
Julian Nagelsmann was not on site again. Ex-international Markus Babbel criticized the lack of Sat.1 microphone and spoke of a “mandatory date for the national coach”. The DFB managing director Andreas Rettig, who had traveled, rejected this: “Julian keeps his fingers crossed today as we do. He will come to the final.”
