■Background of capital and business alliance agreements and the establishment of a subsidiary

With the club’s philosophy of[BE WITH! Make Ehime Ehime Vibrant through Sports]our company has been operating the professional basketball team, the Ehime Orange Vikings, aiming to revitalize the region by fostering Ehime’s sports culture.

He joined the professional league B.LEAGUE since its inception in 2016, and will be in its 10th season with the 2025-26 season.
The 2026-27 season was a major period of reform for B.LEAGUE, and as a club, we were approaching a time when major changes and growth were essential to ensure that the club aimed for even greater heights.

Among these, Cybozu has decided to establish a “Teamwork-filled City Development Office” in July 2025 to explore ways to provide the “town (region)” with the technology and know-how it has cultivated through organizational support, in order to realize a broader approach, such as social mechanisms and culture formation. The aim is to create a “city full of teamwork” in which the region uses IT to become a team, promote information sharing and dialogue, and resolve social issues on an independent basis. We were sympathetic to the fact that it is Ehime, where Cybozu was founded, and the excitement, enthusiasm and community unity that professional sports offer, and we concluded a capital and business alliance with Cybozu, and agreed to become a subsidiary of Cybozu.

◆ Future outlook

As a result of our commitment to working in Ehime and aiming to become a team that is rooted in the community, the 2024-25 season is growing into a club loved by many people in Ehime Prefecture, with an average number of visitors of all time, with an average of 1,615 visitors.
However, in order to enter the 2026-27 season for B.LEAGUE, the club will need bold reforms and rapid growth.

By becoming a subsidiary of Cybozu, we will be able to greatly develop into a “winning club” and “entertainment of entertainment that will make Ehime Prefecture happy” by increasing capital, human support, improving the environment, and promoting Cybozu’s biggest strength, DX (digital transformation).

◆Trade details

Due to the third-party allotment of capital increase, Cybozu’s ownership ratio of the total number of outstanding shares of the Company will be 50.15%.
