Disability Awareness: Summer Sports for Youth in Deux-Sèvres

The start of the summer holidays will be athletic at the socio -cultural center of Bressuire. The structure will offer an animation around the discovery of sports and parasportive disciplines between Monday, 7 and Friday 11 July.

Four local associations involved

Every day, young participants will be able to experiment with different sports. On the program: football, football football, Cécifoot, Goalball, Rugby, Basketball, Basketball armchair, Badminton and Para-Badminton. Several sports associations responded to the call of the socio -cultural center: the Réveil Bressuirais, the badminton Bressuirais, the COB79 and the FC Bressuire.

This initiative is made in partnership with the Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee (CDOS) and the Union Sportive de l’Évice of the first degree of Bressuire (USEP). These actors bring their expertise on awareness of disabledport and put educational and sporting materials available.

The purpose of this discovery is to energize the Valletta district, to involve young people from the CSC and lift the brakes on sports when you are disabled.
