“I recall, first of all, what I have always affirmed: on the IMU front a legislative intervention is necessary that exceeds interpretations and definitively resolves the IMU issue for those public schools whose fees are lower than the average student cost, by virtue of the fact that their service is public exactly like that provided by state schools which, rightly and rightly, are exempted from the payment of the IMU. In the absence of the desired legislative intervention, The IMU assessment launched by the Municipality of Arona ends with the payment by the institute to the Municipality of what was required.
