The tournament will be held from March 11th to 16th, and although it is a‌ Challenger tournament, it is a high-grade lower-level ⁢tour tournament ⁤where you ⁣can earn 175 points if you win.

The tour ⁤will host the BNP Paribas Open (USA/Indian Wells,‌ Heard, ATP1000)⁢ from March 5th to 16th, and ⁣the schedules overlap, but the ⁤top players who were eliminated early in the tournament ⁣will ⁣be competing. As of this, many top players‍ have entered.

Even though it is indeed a Challenger tournament, all the players announced‍ this time will be in the top 100 in the world rankings.

In addition to Nishikori,⁣ there are Nishioka Yoshihito, who ‍ranks 62nd in⁣ the world, and⁢ J. Fonseca (18th place, who won his first Tour title at the previous week’s IEB + Argentina Open (Argentina/Buenos Aires, Clee, ATP250) at‍ the young age of 18. Brazil and others have also entered ⁣the program.

There is a possibility that the players will change depending on whether they win in ⁣the ‍tournament, including Nishikori and Nishioka,‌ who are scheduled to compete in the BNP Paribas Open, but a high-level, heated⁣ battle will likely unfold.
