The NBSA Laligurans Cup is‍ part of a larger⁤ international sports exchange initiative, the “Nepal Baseball ⁤25th Anniversary Japan Nepal Sports Exchange ⁢Program 2024-2025.” This program, part of the SFT Action+ project, fosters⁣ collaboration between Japan⁤ and Nepal.

Three NBSA executives,⁢ including chairman Dipak Neupane, will⁣ travel to ‍Japan to participate in the Osaka Marathon 2025.
‍ This⁤ trip will allow them to ⁢experience a large-scale sporting event‍ and learn from Japan’s sports progress model.

This exchange underscores the growing global connections within​ the ‍baseball community. The trip will ⁢also deepen the ⁣friendship between⁤ Japan ⁤and Nepal.

Sadly, former Hanshin Tigers manager Yoshida Yoshio passed away on February 3rd. Yoshida’s guidance and support were instrumental in the early⁤ development of baseball in Nepal. His‌ contributions are deeply appreciated, and his memory will continue to inspire the growth of the sport in Nepal.
