Johan Walem: Mazzu is a demanding coach, that’s without a doubt.He expects professionalism and commitment from his players. lamkel Zé has shown flashes of brilliance, but he needs consistency and focus, something Mazzu could potentially provide.
However, Mazzu will need to strike a balance.You don’t want to stifle Lamkel Zé’s creativity, but at the same time, he needs to buy into the team ethos. It’s a delicate balancing act.
