To have that mishandled can be devastating, both mentally and professionally. it’s imperative that airlines understand the importance of this and take proper care.
You know, I remember back in the day, travelling wasn’t as streamlined as it is now. We often had to be very creative in protecting our rackets – bubble wrap, extra padding, you name it. But even then, there was always a level of anxiety.

Think about it – these baggage handlers are frequently enough overworked and underpaid. They’re under immense pressure to load and unload planes quickly, which might lead to carelessness. This issue needs to be addressed at the root – invest in proper training and fair wages for staff.
