MAURICIE. The Shawinigan Arts center hosted the 41st edition of the Mauricie Desjardins 2024 Sport-Hommage Gala last Saturday, celebrating the region’s top athletes, coaches, adn sports organizations. A total of 22 Desjardins trophies were presented too honor their outstanding achievements.
Karine Taschereau, General Manager of Caisse de l’Ouest de la Mauricie, and Éric Myles, Executive Sports Director at the Canadian Olympic commitee, served as the event’s honorary co-presidents, adding prestige to the occasion.
