Mats: 3 mats 5 x 5 m, 2 mats 7 x 7 m
Modus: U 14: depending on the number of participants, double knockout system/pool of 5 in two groups; women/men: double knockout system, everyone against everyone, pre-pooled system
Participant: Judokas born in 2004, 2005 and 2006 (U 14) and from 2000 (women/men) from the districts of Arnsberg, Detmold and Münster. For women and men, squad athletes (see squad lists) are not allowed to start.
A notice: In the U14 category, the competition rules are the same as for the U15 category.
Weight classes: Women: -52, -63, -70, +70 kg. Men: -66, -73, -81, -90, +90 kg.

The following information must be provided when registering: name, first name, year of birth, club, Kyu grade, weight class. The e-registerer should be used for registration.
Reporting fee: U 14: €7.50 per participant; Women/Men: Team registration by the club of at least 7 to max. 10 fighters = €50.00, individual registrations and registrations of up to 6 fighters by the club = €7.50 per participant; to be transferred to the following account by the registration deadline: Account holder DSC Wanne-Eickel Judo eV, Herner Sparkasse, IBAN: DE08432500300013009824, BIC: WELADED1HRN, keyword Wf-Kyu-Cup U14 or Westf.-ET F/M and name of the club. Proof of payment must be presented to the organizer before the start of the event. For late registrations or late registrations, double the registration fee is charged, to be paid in cash before the scales.

Getting there:
A 43 exit Herne-Eickel, direction Eickel, straight on (Holsterhauserstraße, Dorneburgerstraße, Kurhausstraße), at the small traffic lights turn left into Steinstraße, at the end turn right, after 50 m the parking spaces are on the left;
A 42 exit Herne-Crange, direction Bochum (Dorstener Straße B 226), at the intersection Dorstener Straße/Holsterhauserstraße turn right into Holsterhauserstraße, straight on (Holsterhauserstraße, Dorneburgerstraße, Kurhausstraße), left into Steinstraße, at the end turn right, after 50 m the parking spaces are on the left;
Bus and train: Wanne-Eickel main station or Bochum main station. Tram line 306 in the direction of Bochum or Wanne-Eickel, to the Sportpark stop, to the left of the stop is the sports hall
