The “Canucks” lost 2-3 (0-1, 0-1, 2-1) in the away game, with Evan Bouchard scoring the winning goal for the Edmontonians 39 seconds before the end of regular time.

Shilov saved 27 of 30 shots, or 90% of the shots, experiencing the third loss in seven “play-off” matches.

Blüger used two power plays in 11 minutes and ten seconds, scored once, won six of six shots and had a neutral efficiency.

“Canucks” came back from 0-2. A tie was achieved a minute and 41 seconds before the end of the regular time, when Shilov was replaced by the sixth player.

Evan Bouchard and Leon Draisaitl stood out for the Oilers with a goal and an assist (1+1), Ryan Nugent-Hopkins also stood out with an accurate shot.

Connor Garland and Dakota Joshua scored for the Canucks.

“Oilers” goalkeeper Kelvin Pickard, who started for the first time in the “play-off” match, saved 19 shots (90.5%).

For the 32-year-old goalkeeper, this was only the second Stanley Cup game of his career. In the previous game against the Canucks, he replaced colleague Stuart Skinner.
