Victoria Libertas Pesaro announces that it has already started the process of steps and corporate activities necessary for the definition – in a short time – of the new governance that will be called upon to design the new organizational and management structure of the Club. To this end, progress is being made rapidly , but carefully and gradually, to formalize the various steps and obligations. The next step involves the meeting of the members of the Pesaro Basket Consortium and the various entities that support VL Pesaro.
The meeting of the Pesaro Basket Consortium will be convened as per the statute and will be held closely. During the Assembly of the Pesaro Basket Consortium, the new members of the Board of Directors of Victoria Libertas Pesaro will be identified, including the new President of the Club. The Company will continue to keep interested parties and information bodies constantly informed. Continuous updates will be provided on the various steps that will involve both the Pesaro Basket Consortium and the Club until the new corporate and organizational structure is completely defined.
