You have 28 days from the day of delivery to make your return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for sex toys, fashion face masks, cosmetics, piercings, swimwear or lingerie. Once the seal is broken or no longer there, it cannot be returned
Handwritten address labels or other return methods will cause delays and may incur import VAT and customs fees. These costs must be borne by you.
