Trouble in Paradise: Matvey Safonov’s PSG Transfer in Jeopardy due to Legal Issues with Ex-Wife

Matvey still demands from the court that the child be returned to him for raising, and does not comply with the court’s decision to pay child support for his upkeep. His possible move to PSG inevitably poses many questions to us. For example, how does Matvey plan to raise his daughter in France with his busy sports schedule? In our opinion, this is absurd: to take a child from his mother and take him to a foreign country… We will not allow this and wish Matvey more success on the football field”said, on Sport-Express, the lawyer of Safonov’s ex-wife, who therefore completely calls into question this potential transfer from PSG… It now remains to be seen whether Paris will go on another track or not with a view to the transfer window summer.
